Cardholder Authorization & Cancellation Agreement By completing my reservation, I confirm that I am the authorized cardholder (or have authorization to use this card) and I authorize Orange Tree Golf Course to charge this card for all reserved players. I understand that 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reduce players. Late cancellations or no-shows authorize the course to charge the full applicable rate. I acknowledge this electronic agreement is legally binding under Arizona law and may be used as evidence in response to any payment dispute or chargeback.
